The new personal shopper: MyStore from Mondadori and IBM Business Partner, Mauden

The first milestone in IBM Business Partner Mauden’s journey was the launch of Bou-Tek, a physical showroom for immersive digital experiences, in the centre of Milan. In a new case study, Francesco Casa discusses MyStore—a cognitive interactive solution being used by Italian bookseller Mondadori—which was developed by IBM Partner Mauden in collaboration with IBM and is based on IBM Watson.

MyStore is a physical presence in Italian bookseller Mondadori’s stores. It’s a digital interface to its entire product catalog—based on Mauden’s GETinTOUCH software—which interacts with customers to produce highly personalised suggestions for purchases and gifts.
